Key Responsibility: Event Management

We produced a five-day conference that took place in Vancouver and Toronto. Law firms in China were invited to Canada to meet with Canadian law firms. SOMA Concepts & Solutions organized the development of all marketing materials, acquired sponsors and ensured fulfillment, booked meeting rooms and accommodations, coordinated AV requirements, organized VIP receptions and conference meals, and booked and executed special excursions.
